  • Corporate or unit fund — which to choose?

    It depends on the goals, the type of investors and assets, and the mechanics of contributions and exit. A corporate fund is a separate legal entity, a unit fund is a pool of assets without the status of a legal entity. We analyse your case and recommend the optimal model

  • Who is an asset management company and why is it needed?

    An asset management company professionally manages the fund’s assets. For most investment funds, engaging one is a requirement. We support the fund’s relations with the management company and other participants in the structure

  • Can foreign investors invest in a fund?

    Yes, subject to currency regulation, information disclosure requirements and tax implications. We structure the entry of foreign investors and support the related procedures

  • How does an investor exit a fund?

    The exit mechanism depends on the type of fund and is built into its documents at the establishment stage: buy-back, redemption, sale of a stake, distribution of assets. We structure exit terms in advance
