We are honored to announce that GOLAW has been named the only Ukrainian law firm recognized by “Women in Business Law 2022”, the international female influencers’ guide to the top legal practitioners.
“The Women in Business Law” recognizes leading women for their contributions to legal practice along with the firms that have developed the most progressive initiatives towards diversity and inclusion within the industry.
The ranking as well analyzes the capabilities of law firms across the world to encourage the growth of women’s talent, support the development of women in the legal profession and provide work/life programs to enable women to pursue legal careers. Criteria include the ratio of women to men lawyers (at all levels of seniority), the retention of women associates to partner level, and any relevant diversity initiatives.
It should to mentioned that GOLAW is dedicated to women’s promotion initiatives, demonstrating a high share of women lawyers taking senior positions within the firm.
